Site Development Planning

ANNANDALE BUSINESS COMPLEX - OTTAWA, OHIO

Development included surveying, preliminary planning, submittal to Village of Ottawa, subdivision plat, and preparation of construction plans as well as layout staking. Project included pavement design, storm sewers and detention pond, waterlines and sanitary sewers with sanitary lift station and directional drilled force main under existing asphalt parking area and S.R. 65, to existing Village of Ottawa facilities.

OTTAWA MEDICAL AND DIAGNOSTIC CENTER - OTTAWA, OHIO

Preparation of site and grading plan for medical center located in the Annandale Business Complex located in Ottawa, Ohio. Project also included storm sewer design as well as construction layout staking.

QUADLAND CORPORATION - BUCKEYE TRAVELERS MALL

(I-75 & S.R. 18, North Baltimore, Ohio)

Site development including boundary survey, site topo, waterline and sanitary sewer design including lift station (force main to existing North Baltimore, Ohio facilities), storm drainage and construction layout staking.

Topographic plan of site showing all existing improvements for use in preparing construction plans for various building additions, curbing, and parking lot improvements.
